PROJECT POLICIES

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround begins once all required content, images, project information, and necessary account access have been received.

​

Estimated delivery times may vary based on project scope, client response time, revision requests, and third-party platform limitations.

​

REVISIONS

Packages include up to two revision rounds unless otherwise stated.

​

Additional revisions, changes beyond the original project scope, or extended support may be billed at $35 per hour.

​

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT

Projects totaling $200 or more require a 50% deposit before work begins.

​

The remaining balance is due before final project delivery or transfer.

​

Smaller projects may require payment in full prior to beginning work.

​

PLATFORM + THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Website hosting, domains, premium Wix or Squarespace plans, paid apps, stock photography, premium fonts, and other third-party services are not included in package pricing.

​

These costs are paid directly by the client.

​

CLIENT CONTENT

Clients are responsible for providing required business information, images, product details, pricing, policies, and other content needed to complete the project.

​

Basic copy refinement is included where noted, but full copywriting or large-scale content creation may require a separate quote.

​

PROJECT SCOPE

Pricing is based on the scope outlined before the project begins.

​

Requests that significantly expand the original project may require an updated quote before additional work is completed.
